I’m Glenn — and I built X= because I’ve been through my share of hard seasons: 

 love, loss, betrayal, choices that changed everything, and moments where life forced me to wake up to myself.
Not as a victim.
Not as a hero.
Just as a human being trying to stay present through it all.

What I’ve learned is simple:
If you can’t meet yourself honestly, nothing else in your life will ever feel right.

This podcast isn’t about perfection or performance.
It’s about the truth we all face alone —
the truth that finds you when your head hits the pillow
and again, when you lift it in the morning.

I’m not here to judge anybody.
I’m not here to preach.
I’m here to talk with people who’ve lived through real things,
who’ve had to rebuild,
who’ve had to decide what kind of person they want to be
when life refuses to be fair.

If you’re showing up with honesty and presence,
you’re already doing the hard part.
